    Dear Min,
How I relate to your phobia of crustaceans! I’m 60 and still can’t eat them! It all started in my early 20’s. I was a scuba diver. We were diving the Florida Keys and we caught lobsters. Our guide would cook them for us; and it was to be my first taste of a lobster. While I watched in horror; he twisted the tails off the live creatures and flung the severed bodies in the air for the gulls and pelicans! No way was I eating that! At the market, I look into their eyes in the tank…can’t eat them. Or any of their relitives. I know I’m missing a culinary treat but, there are other ways to satisfy the pallet.
Love your blog. Tried the Asian-Style Braised chicken drumsticks! Amazing! Keep the wonderful recipes coming!

      Dear Sharon!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your similar fear of crustaceans. Scuba diver…talk about fresh seafood! I, too, try to avoid their eyes as much as possible. I can eat them..I just don’t want to handle them ;). I’m so glad that you liked the recipe! I appreciate you taking the time to let me know. It means a lot.
